Southwest Properties submitted a Development Agreement application on June 23rd to the city of Halifax for the redevelopment of the former Motherhouse lands near MSVU. The development will be split up into two separate applications.

The first for 50 acres, and the second for the remaining 15 acres. Here is an updated site plan for the first 50 acres of the Motherhouse redevelopment. This project is still not approved so this is subject to change.
