Multiple charges laid after pepper spray incident in Dartmouth

Shortly after 12:45 this morning officers were dispatched to an apartment in the 100 block of Pinecrest Drive in Dartmouth. The caller advised that a male known to them had pepper sprayed four people at this location and that he had a handgun. Police were able to locate this male at a nearby apartment. The accused spit on four officers during the arrest. During the subsequent search of the apartment police located a pellet gun, pepper spray, a quantity of marijuana and money. The accused is being held for court in the morning and will be facing numerous weapons charges as well as drug charges and assault police.
