18, 2014 (Halifax, NS) – The Halifax Regional Municipality is advising residents that Birch Cove Beach in Dartmouth and Malay Falls Beach near Sheet Harbour have reopened for swimming.

Tests last week showed high bacteria levels at both beaches, but tests done today show that the water is once again safe, as per Health Canada guidelines.
