We all make purchases, some we love, and some we regret. I can’t begin to tell you about the lonely items that hang in my closet longing to be chosen, but truth be told for some of them it might just never happen.
Can you guess what my favorite recent purchase is blog reader?
This is NOT the case for these culottes from Joe Fresh! I pretty much want to wear them EVERYDAY! If you’re not familiar with a culotte, it’s pretty much the modern version of an a-line tea length skirt, but in a cropped pant form. If your head is spinning imagine trying to explain these to a 3 year old. It was pretty funny actually she was not getting it, so don’t worry you’re not alone.
When it comes to wearing the culotte (which is arguably this season’s biggest trend) you want to make sure the length suits you, and you probably want to wear a heel of some sort if you’re petite. Because there’s a lot going on around the bottom I like to wear a cropped shirt (doesn’t NEED to show your stomach), or a tucked in shirt, as this will help to elongate the leg.
