Some time back I posted about the buildings at 532-540 Herring Cove Road (aka the 500 block buildings). In June the buildings were bought by a new company, Atlantic Living. Renovations have been done and the price of the units has increased – in some cases by over $100. I am curious to know how this has affected people who live (or lived) in those buildings. Do you feel the renovations have been a good thing overall? Are the buildings better maintained? Has the price increase been manageable, or is it leaving you cash-strapped?
