Sometimes following the plan is so hard and other times its just so easy. Why is that? I’ve rocked the past two days without even a second thought. The Halibloggers Santa Shuffle 5K has got me all excited to start running again once the cold is gone and I’m feeling the autumn fruits and veggies. 🙂
Not much else is new with me… I’m in love with the show Eastwick and have caught up on all episodes.
I need a new book to read, any suggestions?
That’s really it. I’m boring but somehow my health/fitness focus seems to be much better when I have no plans. Thinking this a good thing.
