(Found) Nova Scotia Health Authority requests public’s assistance in locating missing patient

Update: Patient Ali Ahmed Ahmed, 35, has been located. He was safely returned to hospital Tuesday afternoon.

Nova Scotia Health Authority (NSHA) thanks the public and law enforcement for their help in locating him.

Nova Scotia Health Authority (NSHA) is requesting the public assistance’s in locating 35-year-old patient Ali Ahmed Ahmed, who failed to return as planned to a Dartmouth hospital.

Mr. Ahmed Ahmed is an African-Canadian man who has brown eyes and a gap between his front teeth. He stands six feet tall and weighs 219 pounds. Please see photo, attached and below, for further reference.

He was last seen wearing a black jacket over a blue shirt, black jeans and a pair of grey and black sneakers.

The patient’s risk to himself and others increases with the length of time he is away from treatment.

Anyone with information is asked to contact their local law enforcement agency.
