Nova Scotia Health Authority (NSHA) is requesting the public’s assistance in locating 28-year-old Mohamed Mandi Issak, who has gone missing from a Dartmouth hospital.
Issak is an Arabic (as stated via the NSHA) man who has short, dark brown hair; brown eyes; stands​ at five-foot-ten and weighs 155 pounds. He was last seen wearing a grey T-shirt, black and grey hooded sweater, black pants and black shoes. He wears prescription eye glasses.​
The patient’s risk to himself and others increases with the length of time he is away from hospital.
Anyone with information is asked to please contact their local law enforcement agency.
