On Friday, February 12th at 9:45am, a red 4-door sedan was seen stopped on the side of the road near exit 3 on Hwy 103 heading toward the landfill.

A woman in her mid 50’s, with shoulder length hair was seen making an abrupt u-turn away from the cats (one on the side of the road, and the other in the middle of the road) and driving away. A good Samaritan witnessed this event and brought the animals into our care. These two kitties are scared and severely matted.
