Summer means a lot of things to a lot of people but I think it’s a safe bet that BBQ is on the list for most of us. What better way to spend your day than on the waterfront eating a plate of ribs (or a healthy dose of biscuits, coleslaw, and boiled corn if you’re a vegetarian)?
