What I Wore To Legally Blonde The Musical
I had been itching to bust out these bright pink trousers ever since they arrived in the mail about a month ago.
I know, torture right?! But I needed the perrrrrrfect opportunity (not to mention a some milder weather) before I could actually wear them.
When I found out I was going to see Legally Blonde The Musical at the Neptune Theatre I knew I had to find something pink to wear. I instantly thought these pants were going to be PERFECT and so then all I needed to do was find something weather appropriate to go with them. I decided on this sheer ruffle black blouse (for playfulness) and a mustard colored cardigan (love the pink and yellow combo) because it was raining cats and dogs the evening of the event and I knew I’d get chilly! For my feet, I cleverly opted for my Vince Camuto ankle booties to keep my feet both warm and dry rather than basic pumps. I also busted out the big guns and oped for my Stella and Dot long earrings (similar here) because, well I just really get an opportunity to wear such fancy earrings (I don’t get out much).
These light wool trousers from Zara Canada could not have been more perfect for the event! They are SUPER comfortable, and the absolute best shade of pink! I have to say I was very happy with all of my Zara purchases (more seen here), but I think it’s safe to say these pants are going to get a lot of use. The lightweight fabric is going to be a win in the coming (hopefully warmer) months! I can’t wait to style them again and again!
