Shortly after 4:30PM Friday HRP received numerous 911 calls advising that a person was stabbed in the 200 block of Wyse Road in Dartmouth.  

Numerous police units responded to the area where it was learned that there was an altercation between two groups of people resulting in one male, in his early 30’s, receiving a stab wound.  The victim was transported to the Dartmouth General Hospital with non life threatening injuries. This is not believed to be a random act.  Currently the investigation is being conducted by the HRP/RCMP Integrated General Investigative Section and they have four people in custody regarding this incident.
