Open House Dec. 1 to provide downtown Dartmouth planning update

Municipal staff will provide an overview of work that has taken place since the last public meeting held earlier this year, and seek community feedback on the following key themes:
-proposed downtown Dartmouth precincts and their respective development visions within the commercial and waterfront areas;
-options for allowable building heights and potential shadow impacts;
-design guidelines for new development; and
-proposed approval process for new developments.

The presentation will be followed by an open house where residents will have the opportunity to review project materials, ask questions and provide comments on the proposals to staff.
