Two adults face numerous weapons related offenses as a result of a search of a second floor apartment on Joseph Young Street in Dartmouth Saturday morning.
From Halifax Police:
“Just after 9:30am, the Emergency Response Team arrested a 29 year old male and a 23 year old female inside the apartment without incident.
A firearm and ammunition were recovered at the scene. Both adults will be charged with:
-unsafe storage of a firearm
-Possession of a weapon dangerous
-unauthorized possession of a firearm
-possession of a weapon without a registration certificate
-possession of a prohibited firearm with readily accessible ammunition.
Both will appear in Dartmouth provincial court Monday morning.”
