…at 856 pm members were dispatched to a Motor Vehicle Injury accident involving a pedestrian on St Margarets Bay Rd Pedestrian was crossing the street when they were struck by the on coming car. Independent witnesses confirmed they walked out into the street and was not in the crosswalk . Pedestrian attended QE 2, received minor injuries, they were issued Summary Offence ticket for not being in a crosswalk, failing to yield to on coming traffic.
