At 9:11 pm, a  22 year old male pedestrian was crossing Herring Cove Rd at Sussex St. He was in the crosswalk when he was struck by an oncoming car. The male was transported to the hospital, but later determined he did not sustain any injuries. A sixty eight year old male driver was issued a Summary Offence Ticket for failing to yield to pedestrian in a crosswalk.
