Halifax Fire crews battled a major blaze on Romkey Drive in Eastern Passage late Sunday afternoon. Homeowners are safe, and power has been cut to the area as a precaution. Winds were quite strong during the blaze, and fears were neighboring houses could have been at serious risk. No word on the cause at this time.
