Pictou County RCMP are seeking assistance from the public regarding a collision involving a cyclist and a motor vehicle. The collision occurred at the Pictou Rotary at approximately 9:30 p.m.

on Sunday, September 21st, 2014.

The driver of the motor vehicle involved in the collision did not stop and left the scene. The cyclist, a 34-year-old male from Pictou, was driving a motorized bicycle and was admitted to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

Pictou County RCMP are asking anyone who may have witnessed this collision or anyone who has information on the incident to call the detachment at 902-485-4333 or Nova Scotia Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477), texting TIP202 + your message to ‘CRIMES’ (274637) or by Secure Web Tips at www.crimestoppers.ns.ca.
