Good Evening Bloggies. I’m finally getting a chance to post after a super long day – work followed by lots of errands. I got home and was in no mood to cook again. (See a pattern here or something?) Thankfully I had just returned from buying a huge load of groceries so I was able to quickly throw this together.
Whole wheat pita stuffed with an ounce +/- of rotissary chicken breast, smear of roasted red pepper hummus, cucumber, tomatoes, red onion & baby spinach. It literally tasted healthy. 😉 Fresh and oh, so good!
Side of plain greek yogurt topped with a tbsp of raspberry jam and sliced strawberries.
I made it back to Costo as planned. I really wasn’t looking forward to my errands but there was literally no traffic and the stores were fairly empty. So strange for a Thursday afternoon. No complaints here though! My $200 worth of loot:
Produce – cucumber, cantaloupe, strawberries, blueberries, bananas, potatoes & baby spinach.
Dairy, etc. – cheese, eggs, almond breeze & yogurt
Bread – ww bread x 3, ww hamburger buns x 2, ww pitas x 3
Meat – pork loin, lean ground beef, chicken thighs, rotissary chicken
Other – hummus, peanut butter, oilve oil, veggie chips, granola bars & goldfish.
Here’s what I really came all the way back to Costco for – 2 pack of Liberté Greek Yogourt for only $7.49. I was paying $5.99 for ONE container. Thank you Costco!!!
Fridge is full once again! Yay!

Workin’ On My Fitness
FYI – Last night hubby decided that he would rather play video games then go for a walk, so……… I popped Shred into the DVD player and got my sweat on. It felt amazing!!
We start C25K tomorrow night – I can’t wait to get back into shape and into a good exercise routine again. Will let you know how it goes tomorrow night.
