Pizza delivery driver threatened

Police arrested a man after a delivery driver was confronted in Dartmouth.
On Tuesday Dec. 6th at approx. 10:10 pm police received a report of a man with a gun in the 0-100 block of Lakecrest Drive in Dartmouth. Police arrived on scene quickly, located the victim – a pizza delivery man – who stated that he was attempting to deliver a pizza in the neighbourhood when he was confronted and threatened by the accused in this matter who had indicated that he had a firearm. Police located and arrested the accused near the scene, a man in his mid-20's from Dartmouth, he will be charged with, robbery, uttering threats and obstruct police. He will be appearing in Dartmouth Provincial Court in the morning. The victim in this matter was not injured, no firearm was located and no property was taken.
