Police arrest two teenaged males after attempted Break and Enter in Lower Sackville

June 8, 2011, Halifax Regional Municipality (HRM)… Halifax District Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) have arrested two teenaged male suspects following an attempted Break and Enter in Lower Sackville, Nova Scotia.
 
On June 8, 2011,  1:15 AM, RCMP responded to an intrusion alarm at Avery's Food Market located at 287 Cobequid Road, Lower Sackville.  The suspects had tried to gain entry.  Police found damage to the rear door.  Police quickly arrested two suspects on Glendale Avenue, a short distance away from the business.  Bear spray and a knife were seized.
 
The two 16-year-old males, both from Middle Sackville, are currently in police custody and will be appearing later today in Halifax Provincial Youth Court.  They are charged with Break and Enter (Sec 348 CC),  Mischief (430 CC), and Resist Arrest (Sec 129 CC).
