Police Assist with birth of Baby Girl – Halifax

09:20 a.m., 19 February 2018, Halifax Regional Police responded to assist Emergency Health Service Paramedics, for a report of a woman about to give birth in the 3500 block of Lynch Street Halifax.

Two patrol officers (one a former paramedic) assisted EHS paramedics with delivering a health baby girl. The mother and baby are doing well.
