Police investigate daytime robbery

At approximately 2 pm Halifax Regional Police responded to a robbery at Princess Auto located at 81 Wright Av in Dartmouth. The suspect was leaving the store with articles he had not paid for. He was approached by staff and informed them he had a knife and to leave him alone. Staff contacted police. The area was checked but the male could not be located. The property was recovered. Suspect is described as a white male with a darker complexion, 25-30 years old, 5`10`-6`slender build with scruffy facial hair.
