(Updated) Police Investigate Motor Vehicle Collision

Update on the motor vehicle collision. Driver of the Caravan was treated for non life threatening injuries. Both occupants of the Acura remain in hospital with what are believed to be life threatening injuries

At 5:07pm, August 18, Halifax Regional Police responded to a report of a collision inbound on Highway 102 near Exit 0, Halifax.

A white Acura was traveling outbound from Bayers Rd, crossed over the low median and was struck by a Black Grand Caravan traveling inbound.

The two (2) occupants of the White Acura and the lone occupant of the Grand Caravan were taken to the hospital by EHS with undetermined injuries.

Highway 102 inbound is closed at Exit 0. All inbound traffic is being routed to the Joseph Howe Exit 0.
