Police investigate overnight shooting in Dartmouth

Police investigate shooting​


At 3:05 a.m. on Saturday May 25, 2019, Halifax Regional Police received a report of someone shot at 0-20 block of Chebucto Lane in Dartmouth. ​ Officers responded to the area and found a man who had been shot.​


The male was transported by EHS to the QE2 Health Sciences Centre where he remains in stable condition.


At this time the investigation is in the preliminary stages and more information will be released when available. ​ ​


Investigators in the Integrated Criminal Investigation Division are investigating and are asking anyone with information about this shooting to call 902-490-5020.
