Halifax Regional Police is investigating a robbery that occurred last evening in Halifax.
At approximately 9:30 p.m., officers responded to a robbery in the area of Victoria Road. A 24-year-old man and a 24-year-old-woman were approached by a man while walking in the area. The suspect produced a knife and demanded money and cell phones. The suspects took the victim’s cell phone and fled the area on foot. The suspect is described as a 25-30-year-old man, approximately 6’, larger frame and dark eyes. At the time of the incident he was wearing a white baseball cap, red bandana, black knee length shorts and high top sneakers.
