Police investigate robbery, Cole Harbour, N.S.

The General Investigation Section of the Integrated Criminal Investigation Division is investigating a robbery that occurred just after midnight in Cole Harbour. Preliminary investigation determined three youths were walking on a trail behind Colby Dr.

The General Investigation Section of the Integrated Criminal Investigation Division is investigating a robbery that occurred just after midnight in Cole Harbour.

Preliminary investigation determined three youths were walking on a trail behind Colby Dr.

Elementary School shortly after midnight when a group of eight males approached them in the playground area of the school. Two of the males ordered the three youths to empty their pockets. A weapon that appeared to be a pellet gun was then pointed at the youths by one of the suspects during the robbery.

The suspect who gave orders while in possession of a weapon is described as a white male, approximately 17-years-old, 5’8′ with spiked blonde hair wearing a black Adidas track suit. The second suspect who gave orders is described as a black male, approximately 15 to 18-years-old, wearing a white football jersey with green stripes and the number 53 on the front. He had short hair on the sides of his head with longer hair on top. The remaining group of suspects were dressed in dark clothing and wearing hoodies. The suspects stole an iPhone charger, debit card and wallets. All eight suspects then departed the scene and walked toward Cumberland Dr.
