Police are currently on-scene investigating a motor vehicle collision that occurred in Dartmouth this afternoon after a woman was struck by a car.

 

At 12:11 p.m. police responded to the 0-100 block of Cranberry Crescent to a report of a car- pedestrian collision. The woman was transported to hospital by EHS for treatment of what are believed to be potentially life-threatening injuries.

 

The Halifax Regional Police Accident Investigation Unit and Forensic Identification Units are currently on-scene and the investigation continues.

 

Cranberry Crescent is currently closed between Londra and Meridian Courts. Motorists are advised to seek an alternate route.
