Police are on the scene of a shooting that occurred earlier today in Halifax.

At approximately 11 p.m. on February 12, 2021,  police responded to reports of a shooting in the 100 block of Larry Uteck Blvd in Halifax.  Shots were fired at a residence, there are no reported injuries.

Larry Uteck Boulevard is closed to all traffic in both directions between Starboard Drive and Ecole Beaubassin while officers conduct the investigation.

The investigation is in the early stages and is ongoing. Updates will be provided when available.
