Update: Investigators in the General Investigation Section of the Integrated Criminal Investigation Division have charged two youths following an incident in Halifax yesterday morning. Two 17-year-old male youths have both been charged with one count each of uttering threats, public mischief and causing a disturbance. One youth has also been charged with breach of an order under the Youth Criminal Justice Act and he is scheduled to appear in Halifax Provincial Youth Court today. The other male is scheduled to appear in Halifax Provincial Youth Court on February 2.

Halifax Regional Police is currently investigating a suspicious circumstance in Halifax.
Original: At approximately 8:39 a.m., two men entered the Centennial Building at 1276 South Park Street, yelling and swearing and made reference to getting explosives. Officers are on scene and searching the area with the assistance of the K-9 and Explosive Disposal Units, however, nothing suspicious has been located to this point.
Police are currently trying to locate the two men who left on foot and are described as white and in their twenties wearing dark clothing.
