Police investigating after youth approached

Halifax Regional Police responded to a suspicious circumstance call last week in Halifax.

On August 26 at approximately 12:30 p.m. a man approached a 15-year-old youth who was walking in the area of Glenora and McLennan avenues in Halifax. The man asked the youth to get in his vehicle and the youth refused and walked away to a safe location.

The man is described as a white, in his forties with gray hair. He was wearing a white tank top and glasses and no further clothing description was available. The man’s vehicle was described as a black pickup truck.
