Police Investigating Bus/Pedestrian Collision

Halifax Regional Police is currently on scene at a bus/pedestrian
collision in Fairview.
 
At 9:33 a.m., police responded to a bus/pedestrian collision at Main
Avenue and Titus Street. The preliminary investigation indicates a woman
was struck by a Metro Transit bus while crossing the street. She was
taken to hospital for treatment of injuries that were believed to be non
life-threatening.
 
Titus Street was closed while the HRP Accident Investigation Unit
conducted their investigation but it is in the process of being
reopened.
