Police investigating indecent act

Halifax Regional Police is investigating an indecent act that occurred last night in Dartmouth.

At approximately 7 p.m., a man was seen masturbating in the atrium of the NSCC Waterfront Campus. Security was immediately notified, however, the man had left the area by the time security arrived. The suspect is described as a white man in his early 20s, 5’5”, 130-150 lbs, slim build with brown medium length hair. At the time of the incident he was wearing red shirt, green khaki pants and was carrying a red back pack.
