Police look to speak with driver in vehicle/cyclist collision

Halifax Regional Police are looking to speak with the cyclist involved in a motor vehicle/cyclist collision that occurred earlier this month in Halifax.

On November 01 at approximately 3:45 p.m. police responded to a report of a collision between a vehicle and a cyclist in the intersection of Preston St / Pepperell St in Halifax. ​ The vehicle was headed southbound on Preston Street when it was struck by a cyclist traveling westbound on Pepperell Street.​ The cyclist is described as a Caucasian male approx 6’1″, in his 20s, wearing a black long sleeve shirt, black pants, white bicycle helmet, and white sneakers and may go by the name Alex.​

The cyclist did not remain at the scene after the collision and police are looking to speak with him.
