Police are on scene of shooting Police are on scene of a shooting in Dartmouth that occurred earlier this afternoon.

At approximately 1:45 p.m. officers responded to a report of an injured man in the area of Cutler Avenue near Jim Connors Avenue. Officers located a man who had a been shot.

The man had been driving in the area and was shot by suspect(s) driving another vehicle. The man has been taken to hospital for treatment of what are believed to be non-life-threatening injuries. The investigation is in the early stages, however, at this time investigators believe the incident was not a random act.
