Police responded to a robbery complaint – Dartmouth

At approximately 1:39 p.m., Halifax Regional Police responded to the 200 block of Victoria Rd. in Dartmouth after a report of a robbery.​ It was also reported the suspect may have been in possession of a weapon.​ This was not believed to be a random act.​

There was a large police presence in the area and people were asked to remain out of the area at this time while police operated in the area.

The investigation is currently in the preliminary stages and more information will be released when available.

Police are asking if anyone has information about this incident to call police at 902-490-5020.​
