Pop-up museum exhibit hosted at City Hall in celebration of African Heritage Month 2018

The municipality invites residents to celebrate African Heritage Month 2018 by visiting the pop-up museum exhibit at Halifax City Hall on Feb. 20, 21 and 22.

Launched in 2016, the traveling pop-up museum exhibit is an outreach project that features a scaled down version of some of the displays at the Black Cultural Centre for Nova Scotia. This exhibit has travelled across the province and has been displayed at various community centres, church halls, municipal offices and public places.

When: February 20 and 21 from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.

February 22 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Where: Halifax City Hall (Halifax Hall), 1841 Argyle Street, Halifax

All residents are welcome to attend.
