Proposal: 2710 Agricola St, North End #Halifax                                                     

A new proposal has been submitted by WSP Canada Inc, on behalf of Persimmon Properties for 2710 Agricola St in North End Halifax which is at the corner of Agricola and May St. The developer is proposing to build a 7 storey mixed-use building with 68 units and over 7,000 sq/ft of commercial space. There will be underground parking for 26 vehicles and bicycles. The application is being considered under the Land Use By-Law amendment and Development Agreement process.
