Province-wide warrant issued for 35-year-old man

Halifax District RCMP is seeking the public’s help in locating 35-year-old Darcy Raymond Delbert Caldwell, who’s wanted on an outstanding province-wide arrest warrant.

In 2018, Caldwell was charged with:

  • Theft Over $5000
  • Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Over $5000
  • Theft of Credit Card
  • Fraud Under $5000
  • Use Possess Stolen Credit Card
  • Breach/Fail to Comply with Recognizance/Undertaking

He was due to appear in court on August 13, 2018, and failed to show. The warrant was issued the same day.

Caldwell’s last known address was in Windsor, Nova Scotia.

Police have made several attempts to find Caldwell, and investigators are requesting assistance from the public in locating him.

Caldwell is described as 6-foot-1, 200lbs. He has black hair and brown eyes. Caldwell is aware he’s wanted by police and has failed to turn himself in.

Anyone who sees Darcy Caldwell is asked to refrain from approaching him and to call police.
