Due to poor weather and road conditions, provincial government offices in: Yarmouth, Shelburne, Digby, Lunenburg, Queens, Kings, Annapolis, Colchester, Cumberland, Antigonish and Pictou counties will delay opening until 10 a.m. today, Thursday, Feb. 16th.

All other provincial offices will open as usual.
