Provincial: World Trade Centre report progress, rail subsidies, chief controversy at Chapel Island

Ross Landry, Minister of Justice talks about the recent organized crime bust in Cape Breton and the controversy over Chapel Island's incoming Chief.  The Honorable Percy Paris speaks about changes to rail subsidies in Cape Breton, and The Honorable Bill Estabrooks speaks regarding progress on the possible development of a new Trade Centre in Halifax's Downtown.
