Road Construction – Bayers Road
Location: Bayers Road, at the entrance to Halifax Shopping Centre

Time: 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Work details: This work is for traffic signals at this intersection, in support of the Bayers Road Transit Priority Corridor project<www.halifax.ca/about-halifax/regional-community-planning/transportation-planning/transit-priority/bayers-road>.
Traffic impact: Traffic signals will be shut down and traffic control personnel will be in place to direct traffic and pedestrians during this work. Motorists should expect delays and are asked to use alternative routes whenever possible.

Construction during COVID-19: Construction crews will strive to maintain physical distancing measures, however, residents may see workers within two metres of each other while completing certain tasks which aligns with the exemptions outlined in the Provincial Health Order. If approaching construction crews, residents are asked to maintain at least two metres of physical distancing.
