Prospect Road Seniors Exercise Group (elderobics) Meet on Wednesdays at the Whites Lake Legion from 12:15pm tp 1:00pm. There is no charge for this group!

If interested in attending our Wednesday afternoon Group for Seniors, just come to the Legion and ask for Pauline (Chairperson) Jan (Treasurer) or Mary (Secretary) of the Seniors Network. We also have Seniors Exercise Classes on Wednesdays from 12 – 1 p.m.
