RCMP are on the scene of a motor vehicle collision. At 7:15 a.m., RCMP received a call of a two vehicle crash involving a tractor trailer and car on the Prospect Road near Mills Drive.

At 7:15 a.m., RCMP received a call of a two vehicle crash involving a tractor trailer and car on the Prospect Road near Mills Drive.

EHS and Halifax Regional Fire Service are also on the scene.

Police would like to advise the public that this portion of the roadway is closed until further notice.

The cause of the collision is still under investigation.
