RCMP investigate after traffic control person struck, Halifax, N.S.

RCMP are investigating a motor vehicle collision involving a traffic control person. At 12:09 p.m., RCMP received a call that a traffic control (flag person) had been struck by a vehicle near the 2150 block on St.

At 12:09 p.m., RCMP received a call that a traffic control (flag person) had been struck by a vehicle near the 2150 block on St.

Margaret’s Bay Road. A lone vehicle went through a construction zone and hit a female worker. Other workers transported the female to hospital with non life-threatening injuries. The male driver of the Grey/Silver Honda CRV failed to stop after the collision. The Department of Labour and Advanced Education has been notified.

The matter is still under investigation.
