RCMP investigate collision on Highway 102

May 2, 2013, Halifax Regional Municipality (HRM) … RCMP are currently on scene of a serious motor vehicle collision on Highway 102 near Fall River.
At 9:20 a.m., police responded to a motor vehicle collision involving two cars.   Both cars were traveling northbound when one vehicle was struck by the second vehicle.  As a result of the collision, both vehicles ended up in the median.   The male driver of one vehicle has been transported to hospital by EHS.  The second male driver had to be extricated from his vehicle by HRM Fire Services and he was transported to hospital with injuries.  The passengers in both vehicles were not injured.
