Shortly after 8:35 p.m. Sunday evening, Colchester District RCMP responded to a single vehicle roll-over on Highway 6 in Bayhead.

The driver was the lone occupant and was ejected from the vehicle.

The driver, a 28-year-old woman from Colchester County, was transported by EHS to Colchester East Hants Health Centre with life-threatening injuries, where she later passed away early Monday morning.

The investigation is continuing.
