RCMP investigate fatal fire, Bible Hill, N.S.

RCMP are investigating a fatal fire in Bible Hill.

At approximately 5:00 p.m., RCMP and Bible Hill Fire Department responded to a structure fire at a residence on Bob Lee Court.

Local fire departments extinguished the fire and discovered the body of a deceased 49-year-old female.

The offices of the Nova Scotia Medical Examiner and Fire Marshall are assisting investigators. The cause of the fire is still under investigation.

At this time, the identity of the deceased is being withheld pending notification of next of kin.
