RCMP investigate robbery with violence, Digby County, N.S.

Meteghan RCMP are investigating a break and enter and robbery that occurred in Digby County. At approximately 4:45 p.m. on March 22nd, 2014, RCMP officers responded to a robbery at a residence on Marc Comeau Road in Saint Benoni.

At approximately 4:45 p.m. on March 22nd, 2014, RCMP officers responded to a robbery at a residence on Marc Comeau Road in Saint Benoni.

A 27-year-old male had been assaulted by an unknown male suspect who fled the residence with an undisclosed amount of cash. The victim was transported to Yarmouth Regional Hospital and later released.

This incident remains under investigation.
