Kings District RCMP are investigating a violent robbery that occurred in the early morning on Sunday, October 12th, 2014 At approximately 2:50 a.m., Kings District RCMP responded to a report of an assault occurring in a rear parking lot of a business on Commercial Street, New Minus.

At approximately 2:50 a.m., Kings District RCMP responded to a report of an assault occurring in a rear parking lot of a business on Commercial Street, New Minus.

A 19 year-old male was assaulted by a group of approximately three or four males as he left a nightclub with an unidentified female. The male suspects fled with the man’s wallet and cell phone. The man sustained minor injuries as a result of the altercation.
